Tanya Edmunds
Biography
A graduate of New York University's theatre program, Tanya realized early on that she had a knack for creative pursuits and a passion for food. With a goal of opening her own restaurant, Tanya enrolled in ICEs Culinary Arts and Culinary Management programs. From there, she gathered experience in various realms of the culinary industry as a pastry chef at Maialino and as assistant pastry chef for Restaurant Associates in the Bank of America tower until landing a gig as a restaurant manager of the acclaimed fast-casual burger restaurant Shake Shack. Since starting at Shake Shack, Tanya has climbed the ranks to Director of Training and Development, a position she describes as the coolest job in the world.
