Provided below are ranges of the total direct costs for programs and courses offered online and at ICE's campuses in New York City and Los Angeles.

Tuition, fees and charges at the 51³Ô¹Ï include all applicable direct program expenses, such as uniforms, books, knives and tools; for on-campus students, ingredients, enrichment classes and field trips are also included. Extracurricular activities such as guest lectures and panel discussions are included for all programs both in-person and online. Online students are welcome to attend guest lectures and panel discussions held at our NYC and LA campuses. Campus events are often streamed online as well. Tuition, fees and charges vary by program and campus and are subject to change.

Tuition Discounts

The 51³Ô¹Ï offers a variety of tuition discounts for qualifying students. Below you’ll find an overview of several discount opportunities. Contact ICE’s Office of Student Financial Services for the most current discount information:

Out-of-Area Discount

Students whose permanent address is more than 50 miles from the school in Los Angeles and 100 miles from the school in New York are eligible for ICE’s Out-of-Area tuition discount. Qualifying students can receive a $2,500 tuition discount for any of the following programs: Career Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, and Plant-Based Culinary Arts; and/or a $750 tuition discount for Restaurant & Culinary Management or Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management.

Out-of-State Relocation Discount

Students moving to California in order to attend one of ICE Los Angeles' Plant-Based Culinary Arts programs (diploma or associate degree), may be eligible for a tuition discount of $10,000 to offset the cost of relocation. To qualify, a student must submit acceptable evidence that they were living in one of the following states at the time of their most recent application to ICE Los Angeles' Plant-Based program: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts, and cannot be used in combination with transfer credit. Ask your Admissions Representative for additional details.

Military Discount

Veterans and active-duty service members who provide appropriate military credentials are eligible for ICE’s military tuition discount. Qualifying students enrolling in a program at ICE’s New York campus, can receive: $2,500 off Career Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, and Plant-Based Culinary Arts and/or $750 off the cost of the Restaurant & Culinary Management and Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management programs. When Restaurant & Culinary Management is combined with Culinary Arts, Plant-Based Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts, students can receive up to a $5,750 maximum discount.

Dual Diploma Discount

Students enrolled in a diploma program who enroll in a second diploma or certificate program can receive a tuition discount worth up to $4,000, depending on the program chosen. Ask your Admissions Representative for full details.

Please note: the Dual Diploma discount can be combined with one other discount. No other discounts can be combined.
