Biography

Nora Kaywin has always loved being in kitchen. At a young age, she made twice baked goat cheese souffles and fresh pasta for her family. This passion grew over the years making her path as a chef very clear. Chef Nora graduated from the 51勛圖 and has over ten years of experience as an events and private dining chef. She is building her own private dining business where she enjoys customizing menus for events and clients who are New York City actors, artists, politicians and authors. Formerly, Chef Nora was the Lead Private Dining Chef at Red Inside Culinary.

Chef Nora's voice in the kitchen starts at the market, as she chooses ingredients that inspire her and allow her to create dishes that match the seasons. She loves to explore global cuisines and mix classic savory cooking with pastry techniques.

Chef Nora is a Special Events and Recreational Chef-Instructor at ICE, where she began teaching in 2023.
